a slower space is owned by Mike and Michelle, a husband and wife team who worked in the fashion industry for over 16 years. Setting up a slower space in 2019, on the iconic Penny Lane, Liverpool, after travelling to Sri Lanka, Bali, Vietnam and Thailand, and realising life’s too short not to follow your dreams! Products include a beautiful collections of carefully curated pieces that portray a relaxed lifestyle. Stocking brands from Amsterdam, France, Copenhagen, Stockholm (often found in larger department stores including Selfridges and Liberty), as well as UK based independents - many of which are made and designed in their home city of Liverpool.

Everything is carefully chosen, with the hope that if we love the products that you will too. The pieces are designed to be treasured and never go out of style, aiming to reduce our carbon footprint as much as possible, believing it is best to buy something you love rather than fast fashion items that quickly go out of style.

Bringing a different perspective to the local shopping experience.
